Nancy listens and looks at the photo's I bring in on how I would like my hair to look. 100% of the time, she knocks it out of the park. Both cut and color have been spot on! I have never walked away semi-happy, or so-so, I have always walked away over the moon. My last request was difficult color combinations with pastels and she blended the color to my taste. Thank You Nancy!
