The "4 stars" is an average of 5 stars for Dr. Wu's treatment and 2 stars for your voluntary mask policy. I was amazed when I was in a couple weeks ago that you were allowing staff the "option" of wearing a mask. You are a healthcare provider ... you need to set an example ... masks should be mandatory (or allow unpaid leave).
There is no rational reason not to wear a mask. Screw it's your "freedom". Freedom comes with responsibilities and obligations (to paraphase Arnold Schwartzenegger). It's just common decency for your fellow man. If I didn't like Dr. Wu so much, I would probably change physicians/practices.
Thought, whoever on your staff voted in favor of mask option, I'd suggest they care for all you unvaccinated patients.
I'm glad to talk with anyone there more about this. Mask optional is a huge marketing mistake ... and more importantly, an ethical mistake.
