InnerPeace Pilates is a fully-functional Pilates studio utilizing state-of-the-art equipment built by Balanced Body. Our studio is proud to teach the Pilates Method with a classical, as well as a contemporary approach.
We value living with a harmonious mind, body, and spirit and invite those modalities into our studio through our Pilates, yoga, meditation, energy work, dance, and other body movement techniques.

I'm new to the whole pilates world and so far, I really like it! I've been taking the Piloxing class taught by Meghan for a few weeks and it's been an awesome experience. It's an intense, fun workout that can really challenge a person. Meghan is a great instructor, even if she makes you do push-ups and planks! The studio is quiet, quaint, clean and a great place for a workout. I look forward to trying some of the other classes offered by InnerPeace. It's a hidden gem in downtown Dundee!
