I went for annual check up. I got surprised during check out that they were charging $25 for some retinal image. I wish they told me before we schedule an appointment. Last year, they gave me 2 options (1 was zero cost and the other had $ impact). This year, without any prior warning they set me up with a $25 bill. Very bad business practice.

I have been coming to your shop for a year now. I am very happy with my hair color that I get each time. But lately when I go for color the gal is working on two of us at a time. This makes her hurry to get my color on and hurry to get me shampooed and blow dry. It didn't happen before, just the last two times I have gone to get a service. I understand that time is wasted while the color processes but I guess the problem is that I feel like the gal is hurrying to get everything done. It does not make for a relaxing time for me as a client…..
