Excellent massage by Allison. The facility is small but well appointed. Nice sauna and shower and the quiet room where you wait for your treatment is very soothing with lemon water and hot tea available. It was a great experience.

The customer service and accommodations are subpar. This was my second time visiting this spa and I can tell you with certainty that I'll never go back.

I was welcomed to the spa by someone opening the door and telling me, "next time, use your room key to get in"... we weren't guests of the hotel, we only had spa reservations. That set the tone for the entire experience. The locker rooms are small with not a lot of space to change into robes, especially as other people try to access their items.

I went with a friend. We each had two appointments. Me a facial/pedicure, her a pedicure/massage. They took her back for her pedicure appointment 30 minutes late and therefore had to rush through her "spa" pedicure to make sure she wasn't late for her massage. Nothing relaxing about that.

The pedicure service overall was nothing to write home about - the service was fine, but there was nothing spa-like about it. You'd get the same quality at your local nail salon, so save your money.

Finally, the pricing. As mentioned earlier in the post, my friend's pedicure was rushed. They still wanted to charge her the full amount and only after a back-and-forth did they agree to charge her for the less expensive pedicure - still a ridiculous fee for the hassle. When I went to check out, I noticed that they charged me $10 more for my pedicure than was quoted online. When I showed the representative the online brochure and that there was a difference, her response was to shrug and say "the website needs to be updated". I told her that wasn't my problem and she said, "if you want, I can refund you the $10."

The entire day fell short of expectations. Take your hard-earned money and enjoy it at a different spa.

Overall nice spa. Not as opulent as I would have guessed given the hotel and cost.

Not much to do while you wait for your service. Steam room was nice.

I would have expected a spa specific pool/hot tub and sauna.

But what could realistically be easily improved is keeping all of the soaps, shampoo, etc full and adding more. Making sure all of the plumbing and dispensers work.

The waiting room with the couches was stained/dirty and left over cups on the table for hours. There should be a lot more in there besides tea.

Just kind of felt like no one checks these things. I guess I had the bar set a little higher.

I had a terrible experience. I went for a relaxing facial and instead was left with half of my face burned, red and sensitive. Every treatment burned and clearly aggrivated my skin. She did extractions for a solid 15 minutes which was beyond painful and then stopped halfway through my facial once she finally noticed my skin was reacting. I was then charged an extra $25 for a treatment I never received. The sauna did not work and was not clean. The waiting area was less than relaxing. The spa front desk never explained any spa facilities. I finished my facial and then was tried to be sold on their products. Horrible experience. I stayed in my room the whole rest of the day because my face was so burnt and red.

I got a massage (which my treatment was switched to a couple days before the appointment because no one was available for my original treatment that I booked weeks in advance) and I was told I should get cupping done because he couldn’t get to my muscle. It felt like an hour of rubbing lotion on my back. I felt worse after the treatment because my leg where I’ve had surgery was moved around in all different directions and not massaged at all. This was a gift for my moms birthday and we were both extremely disappointed in our experiences.
