Mr. Shepherd, thank you for your feedback on your service! Our pre-emergent does not include the green dye. The reason for this is we also spray any cracks in your driveway or sidewalk as well as spray right up to the edge of your property. This can look sloppy and stain the cement or any fences if the green dye is included. We also do not want anyone with pets in their yards to have any stained fur to clean. You will know we have been to your property by receiving your invoice as well as the small sign we leave in your yard. We are always trying to improve our customer service, please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assure you that your lawn has been treated.

Mr. Wilson, Thank you for your feedback on your service! We are very glad that you are pleased with our office staff. We do not add any dye to our treatments because we spray all cracks in the sidewalk and driveway and spray to the very edge of your property. If dye was included it would stain the sidewalk and driveway as well as any fence lines on our customers properties. Years ago when we tried the dye, we also received complaints of stained pet paws. Please let us know if there is anything we can help you with or if you would like for us to explain our choice of no dye any further. Thank you again for your feedback! We are glad that you are happy with your technician! You are still set up to get your free insecticide spray for referring a new customer. The reason you did not get it this last treatment is because we usually apply it with our Round 2 done in early spring, when the bugs are at their worst!
