The shop is shockingly cluttered when you walk in, stuffed with products being hocked that have nothing to do with a spa. I think they are trying to go for "cozy" "homey" and non-sterile, but it's like walking into a hoarders living room. I looked on Yelp to see if anyone else thinks this and there are lots of reviews saying the same things. The treatment rooms are not completely closed, so it is NOT relaxing AT ALL. Loud conversations and the receptionist taking calls all around. In the middle of facial someone flipped on a bright florescent light, and I was treated to how someone wanted their bikini waxed. Gross. This is after you walk through a cluttered break room area to get to the room. My facial lady barely spoke two words to me, other than announcing the mask she was applying. I felt like I was getting a facial in the middle of Wal-Mart. The only thing that would bring me back is an incredible price on a service, but I might not even then because of the atmosphere. If you remove a bunch of the junk everywhere, knick knacks, weird things on the wall, pull those weird dust-gathering clouds form the ceiling, use light, calming colors, you might move towards a nice space. I'm so sorry and rarely write bad reviews, but there are too many alternatives to come back here.
