Both veterinarians are kind and gentle with my cats. I love coming to Island Cats. However, yesterday Coco had two X-rays which cost much more than I pay when I myself have an xray!!

Everything went well at this visit. We were able to secure an appointment on short notice for an injury. The charges were reasonable for the care provided and our pet recovered nicely from a nasty wound after treatment

The process for getting a new cap was carefully explained. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, led by Dr. Bova. Her attention to detail, concern as to my tolerating the treatment, and the results were outstanding. The second visit for installing the permanent cap was quick and easy. The cap fit perfectly and the match to my teeth was truly amazing to me. I have decided to have my front tooth recapped after 30 years because I believe Dr. Bova can create a much better cap than my present one. Having just moved here, I never thought I could like a dentist better than the one I went to, but Dr. ova proved that wrong. I am delighted to be her new patient.

I took my touch screen HP to A Plus because the screen was broken. They charged me to take the screen off, but couldn't find a replacement because they weren't in stock anywhere. They told me they would follow up when one became available. I used the computer for quite a while with no touch screen, then I took it to another repair shop closer to my house because I didn't want to take it all the way back to Bellevue. The person at that shop told me I got ripped off because every repair shop knows that HP will fix the screens for free. I sent it in to HP and they fixed the screen for free. Needless to say, I'm thoroughly disappointed with A Plus.
