They took me right in. Diagnosed the problem and proceeded to take care of it. There was no pain involved. I am a big baby when it comes to dentists. They put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

In my four visits there, no waiting time on any of my appointments. Greeted with a smile, courteous staff, dental technicians and doctors. Questions answered. Very meticulous billing. Everything about procedures and billing explained patiently. In my opinion, this is the dental office to go to.

This review is based on my first, and only visit. The office was clean and I didn't wait long to be seen. The dentist was very nice. The reason I gave 2 stars is because I felt very pressured by the staff. They were very quick to rattle off how much work needed to be done, root canals, crowns, etc. I have NEVER been to a dental practice where they expected 75% down for a root canal (almost $800)! I was so disappointed that they were so unwilling to work with me when I explained I could not afford that much money right on the spot. I can see asking for 30-50% of what the patient is responsible for, but 75% is very unreasonable, in my opinion, especially for a procedure that usually takes multiple visits. After I explained that I could not afford to put down that much money I was asked if I could put it on a credit card, or go through Wells Fargo. More than one person made those suggestions to me. I felt like they weren't seeing just a patient, but dollar signs. After this conversation I agreed to have a filling done and decided to go home and think about how I can afford to have this root canal done. I had time to think of my experience and it didn't sit well with me, so I decided to go for a second opinion and wound up finding a very kind dentist and a practice that is willing to work with you as far as payment is concerned. I won't be coming back to Island Daily Dental, and because of their unwillingness to work with me, as far as payment is concerned, I would not recommend this dental practice to others.

Had a wonderful experience! I was a bit nervous but the Dr. Was very kind and explained everything! I am so appreciative that I was able to be seen and treated the same day, I had been in excruciating pain for 3 days. I woke up this morning and it's as if nothing was ever wrong, no pain , irritation completely fine!!!
