My experience with good overall. I called and made my appointment, and I was called back later that day to change my appointment time. I showed up on time for my appointment, and I had to wait for over 30 minutes to be taken into the room. Once in the room, I sat for another at least 30 minutes before the doctor came in. Just a little frustrating to have to wait so long when I had to go in the middle of my work day. When I checked out. the rewards program gave me issues, and I was not allowed to use my $30 reward on my treatment because I was ONE day early. This is annoying. I only scheduled the appointment because I received the reward email two weeks earlier. This should NOT happen to customers. Very frustrating. My service overall was fine. And I will go back, but this was a frustrating appointment.
