Cynthia - I just contacted our Birney Avenue Moosic location and they will be in touch with you in regard to cleaning your interior of your vehicle. We never want to leave any dirt or grease in anyone's car. We do have covers and mats so this does not happen, and I will forward this to the District Manager of the store so he can address this with the employees there.

Hi Cynthia, I can understand your concern with what you feel may be consumer fraud. But believe me, that is not the case. We follow a set of guidelines that gives us the price for a part and the amount of time it should take to repair/replace the part. If a General Manager chooses, he can change the price, by changing the amount of time that it could take to repair/replace the part. This affects the bottom line of the store, but he is able to give those customers that he feels are "good" customers a break. You may ask why not just do this for everyone, we would love to but in order to make a profit and keep our doors open we need to be profitable in all stores on all of the work that we do.
