We do not want any of our customers experiencing any excessive waiting times while there vehicles are in our shop. We do offer a shuttle service, not only to your home, but if you would like to go to a mall or store we would have gladly taken you. I am not sure if this was offered to you or not. With that being said. I do know that we can experience some wait time when we have to send out for parts when we come across something unexpected, as for instance if we were doing a state inspection and we found that you needed brakes and we needed to get rotors or something like that. But you should have been advised that this was the situation and then offered a ride. We strive for a 100% customer satisfaction and do not want our customer having any unnecessary delays if they can be avoided. As always, we appreciate your patronage and look forward to your continued business with Jack Williams Tire Company.
