As always, everyone in the shop has provided the best in customer service. At many places I often feel like I am being pushed to have work done that really isn't needed (I'm thinking right now of a particular dealership in Athens, but I won't name names), but the staff at JMW is always honest and will tell me both what I do need to have done and what I don't. The short version is I trust your team to tell me what really needs to be done and not to add stuff on to make an extra buck out of me, so much so that I even recommend you guys to people who don't live in the area.
