Have nothing but praise for every portion of the service I obtained on my most recent auto repair on January 29, 2015 (picked up vehicle the next day). Maria, the company's customer service rep, once again was very friendly, inviting and informative. The service employee (I forget his name) that test drove my car was very professional and proper. Rick Acosta, the service manager who provided me with the initial and subsequent estimates, is a consummate professional in dealing with the public. (He even offered to see if the needed repair might be under warranty as well as offering me the use of the courtesy auto which I declined.) "Easy," the service employee who gave me a courtesy ride home and later, who picked me up from my home so I could pick up my auto, also was very courteous, prompt and drove the car in a safe manner. The courtesy vehicle was very clean and safe. The repair was performed within a reasonable period of time and the cost was very reasonable in my estimation.
