Best customer service I've experienced in recent memory. Courteous, friendly and professional. I worked most directly with Tim, but everyone I interacted with there was the same way. These guys enthusiastically work to find solutions to vehicle issues, and if you're not satisfied with the solution they go back to work to find another one while being fair and upfront on pricing.

Very professional and honest. Communication was great and got me back on the road in a timely manner. It really impressed me with how they went above and beyond and took the time to look over my vehicle and make me awear of additional issues that needed attention. I own a 2012 Mercedes Sprinter Van that was converted to 4 wheel drive. Ever since I did the White Rim Trail in Canyon Lands, I started to have speed sensor faults. Initially they would reset but eventually became more prevalent. Since this has a Dana 60 front axle, Mercedes would only read the codes informing me it is the right front sensor. Jeff at JC's British accepted this work and through his teams diligence was able to improve and repair the original modification. I trust this shop more then any other repair facility. I used to have a Rover 1995 Classic that they worked on, how I discovered them.

JC's British 4x4 is always extremely professional and helpful. They communicate well, and always make sure I understand what is going on with my vehicle. Recently took my 1999 Disco II in and the Tech said he needed to take the Valve Cover off to diag the issue cost $2K and that’s just to diag.

I the. Paid $160 for diag Time

I took the car to another Tech and he replaced the Ignition Coil .

Disco is fixed.

Either your a Tech doesn’t know how to diag or he was trying to take me for a fool.

Not sure what is worse

What did I pay $160 for again? For an incorrect diag? Wow!?
