Dr. Russ is very kind to both Jackie & I. He knows how much I worry but always manages to reassure me. I know things are tough with family right. We will keep Dr. Renee in our prayers. We also wanted to thank JAC for the sympathy card they sent when Dusty's father passed on.

Dr. Russ and the staff at Jefferson Animal Clinic took great care of my cat while he was hospitalized with them. They kept me updated on how he was doing and what steps needed to be taken. He is feeling better thanks to the hard work and care the Jefferson Animal Clinic staff put in.

Jefferson Animal Clinic staff treats my dog as if it was their own. They are great!

I was really disappointed with my last vet visit. I'm shocked that when I go to the vet the vet tech makes no attempt to make my dog feel comfortable. Other techs at your location and at other vets always get down on the floor and pet her before we go back to a room and while we're in the room. Even Dr. Dickens does that. I felt like we were bothering this vet tech and she wished she wasn't there. I think she said two words while we were in the room, and didn't want to answer any of my questions. This isn't the first time I've had this same encounter with her and I go back hoping I get any of the other techs, who are wonderful, but I won't be returning. Going to the vet is stressful enough for an animal, it's too bad you don't have people that love animals working for you. Sad how one person can ruin an experience.
