I took my daughters car in to have the dash light fixed. They said that it started working when they began working on it and couldn't get it to go off again. I asked what if it went out again and was just told the same story. Thus no guaraunte on service. The dash light stopped working half way home and I was out $145.00 . I have been very happy in the past with cost and service. But I don't have $145 to give away. So I lost a lot of respect for this company with this last job.

All attempts to contact have resulted in messages being left.
Customer has yet to return our calls to schedule her back in so we can make it right by her.

They were awesome! I had a very sudden problem with my car where the breaks went out. I called several body shops none could get my car in immediately except Jeff’s! The were very reasonably priced and I didn’t feel like they were telling me about other problems that weren’t real. I appreciated their honesty and the fixed my car the same day! I went back for an oil change after that and he didn’t charge me! Super nice really professional! I don’t live in the area anymore but I would recommend them to anybody that does!

I'm very pleased with Jeff's! All is well with the car and will consider getting the engine mounts replaced soon. Appreciated Doug's helpfulness in explaining the engine issues...well done!

Cedar River Animal Hospital
Wonderful care! My dog (Sofi) needed an asap appointment for an ominous looking swelling under her tail that appeared over night. I had adopted her only 3 weeks before and we had not yet established health care for her with a veterinarian. I called Cedar River Animal Hospital because it was recommended on another pet care site. It is in the Renton Highlands, very close to me. The office staff got Sofia in that afternoon. When we walked into the clinic, I expected Sofia to shake or whine in concern. Not at all. (She had whined and tried to leave the vet office we had earlier in the month dropped by to just check out.) The swelling turned out to be an abscessed anal gland that had filled with fluid. It was lanced, some preparations made to take her home, nail trim (since we were already there), and all done. Sofia was still happy and still happy in the arms of people caring for her. The reception area is clean, brightly lit, colorful, and altogether cheerful. The two women at the reception counter were friendly and helpful. Everyone I encountered seemed to be enjoying their work. The clinic is easy to find, on NE 4TH ST, and there is plenty of parking. (The name is Cedar River, but the actual location is in the newer part of the Renton Highlands.) I highly recommend them. I also like that on their site they say that they strive to provide affordable pet care. I appreciate their acknowledgement of budget issues.Read More …
