We LOVE Jeff's and have been bringing our Hondas to him for years.
We appreciate their honesty and loyalty. For example, when we were in earlier this week it was because our Fit failed the emissions test. The engine light has been on for a couple of years, and we took our car to Jeff's to see what was going on. Jeff's couldn't find any issues and we left it at that...the car still started up and ran great in all weather conditions, so we weren't too worried.
When it didn't pass the emissions test, we called Jeff's to bring the Fit back in and now with a diagnostic of what needed to be fixed. Jeff's waived some of the diagnostic tests, since they'd ran them albeit it was months ago we had been in, rather than charging us again "just because".
They are timely and always keep us in good communication about what is going on with our vehicles and when we can expect the car to be ready for pick up.
Their lobby is clean with a coffee machine and bottled water. The staff is friendly and pleasant to my pre-school son when we need to come in. We also like that they have a drop box so we can conveniently drop our car off after hours. I believe they have a shuttle that can take you back home or to work, but typically we either take the long walk home or have a relative help.
Jeff's is easy to find on Highway 99.
Oh, and about once or twice a year we get a $30 gift card in the mail as a "thanks for using us". It's very generous of Jeff's and we really appreciate it. It's a big draw to keep us coming back, among the other things listed above.
