Came in with a starting problem on my 2006 Honda Element. Suspected it was the starter but Chris Evans spent the time to go over all of the possible scenarios. I left the car so that the mechanics could test it when it was cold in the morning. Tests were conducted to be certain it was the starter and not the (near new) battery or the cable. The starter had been ordered ahead of time so that if it was confirmed that it was the issue, they would have it on hand.
Starter was ultimately replaced and they had the car back to me before end of business day.
