My critique of a facial I got last week:
Initially I left the spa feeling happy with my facial and overall experience and intended to return. However, the next morning I woke up to a few scars on my face, which haven't yet faded. I get facials about every two months and the most I deal with is a little redness post facial, not any scaring/marks.
