I am not satisfied with keratin treatment , and when i emailed them not getting proper response

Hello Charanya,
I am so sorry that you were not satisfied. As we explained, prior to your appointment, and when you came into the salon the Keratin Complex Treatment is not going to make your hair straight. It only strenghtens, and controls frizz while reducing curl by 50%. We do not offer a permanent straightening. Before you had the Keratin we told you these benifits of a Keratin Treatment. Again we have tried our best to communicate with you through several eamils, and even trying to call. Keratin is not a permanent straightening. We do not advise any of our clients to get any kind of permanent straightening since it is a very harsh chemical. Again, we are sorry. We do our best to make each and every client happy while managing their hair in a healthy way!
