We've been happy. The only downfall is trying to get a convenient appointment time that doesn't interrupt school hours. It's hard not only to take kids out of school, but as a teacher it costs your school to take time off as well. It could very well be that this office is super busy because of the quality of care provided, but it is difficult when you can't get an available appointment outside of those school hours. My only suggestion would to be to add more dentists or more evening hours.
