On May 15th, 2001, we were an idea in a home garage in Noblesville, Indiana with the goal of providing the best auto repair and maintenance services possible. We built our first location, Joe's Auto in Carmel and things changed quickly. Nearly 5 years later, we have become one of the leading providers of auto service in Hamilton County.Our new location Premier Auto Service Centers in Noblesville, IN offers over 60 years combined experience. Based in Hamilton County, we serve a growing community including Carmel, Westfield, Fishers, Indianapolis, and Noblesville.At Premier Auto Center we don't just want to be a routine car repair shop, but we strive to provide thorough and honest feedback, accurate estimates, and excellent service on each vehicle we see come through. My brake light came on on Christmas Eve. After a few days on 12/28, I took my car in to have it looked at as I had a complete brake job done 1 year earlier. They told me the caliper was bad and would be repaired the following day at no charge. I rent a car and get a call the next day saying the problem was the master cylinder and the part would have to bd ordered and would get there on 1/3/23. Since I was renting a car, they said they were able to overnight the part and would get it Friday 12/30/22 instead. I had to pay almost $1000 upfront to have the part overnighted which I did. The part WAS delivered on 12/30/22 but due to some mixup or spat (I got 2 different stories) the driver left with my part. The delivery driver was supposed to come back and deliver it again on Friday but did not show up Friday or Saturday. No one was calling me with updates. I had to call Big O, which I did consistently. The shop was closed on Sunday and the delivery company was closed on Monday for the New Year Day holiday. I called Big O on Monday and said they were waiting for the part and trucks were starting to trickle in. I called again and was told the part was scheduled to be delivered on 1/3/23. They call and say they have the part and will work on my car. This is now day 7 and I have been renting a car this whole week. I called 1/3/23 at 4:00p and was told they were still working on it. At 5:00p I got a call saying it wouldn’t be done, REALLY!! I called again at 2p on 1/4/23 and was told they were still working on it. When I asked why, they said it was done and they were test driving it. They called me and said it was done and I could come get it. Of course the manager or owner was not in but I was told I could call on 1/5/23 to speak with the manager to see what could be done with the bill due to all the delays. What the manager told me was “I can’t do anything, it wasn’t our fault” the part wasn’t delivered. Well it was delivered, it just wasn’t left there. This is not my fault either, yet I was the one that paid the price! They had my car and my money. I’ve going to Big O for quite a while and as a customer I felt as if no one cared if I was unhappy with the service I received or if I ever came back again. There are so many places I could have gone but I chose your business and then got treated badly. I won’t make that mistake again! You need to do better and take care of your customers. At least my brake light is off and my brakes are working.

Employees are nice and helpful, however I made an appointment thinking it would take maybe an hour for an oil change and it ended up taking 2 1/2 hours. Not really clear on what took so long.
