I had an issue when I woke up. I called and spoke with Terry ( who is awesome) at 10:30 am. She got me in at 3:45 on my way back from out of state.

Was welcomed by Patty and Debbie who got me right in with the Doc. There is no other Dentist I would go to.

I couldn't be happier with Dr. Neumann and this practice.. I am just over 30wks pregnant and was having a few days of excruciating pain from a molar that I chipped. I called multiple practices and everyone redirected me to calling my insurance to get them information first, which I did, but Neumann and Westover was the only practice out of 4 that I called that was genuinely concerned about me first. Gloria (who I spoke to on the phone) even made time to call my insurance herself to double check things and get information from them. They were able to squeeze me in the same day (which I was not expecting, but was extremely thankful for) and the service only got better once I actually got there. From the front desk staff, to the dental assistant, to Dr. Neumann. I've never had a dentist spend so much time explaining things to me and making sure I understood what was going on. I got there thinking I'd just get a consult and come back, but they were able to do an surprisingly quick fix.. I will definitely be back for permanent fix once baby is here and we're settled.. I found this place in an emergency, but I ended up with an amazing long term family dentist.. Highly recommend!

I am new to this area and needed a dentist. Dr. Austin Westover has great ratings so I thought I would give him and his staff a try. He is very friendly and is his staff. He took care of all the things needed done in one visit. I will continue to go to him and recommend him.

Dr. Neumann's staff always takes me on time for my appointments. The crown replacement was completely pain-free, both during and after the procedure. I appreciate the personal touch I always experience at this office!

I have had extensive work done over the past few months including 6 extractions (including a difficult wisdom tooth), flap and scale for peridontal disease, root canal. I still have crowns, a bridge and a partial to be delivered in addition to two more flap and scales. I had not been to a dentist in years and only went because my doctor would not do my knee replacement until I had a dentist certify me infection free. Dr. Austin Westover has done wonderful work with a really scared patient. The entire staff including technicians, hygenists and.office staff have made this as bearable as possible with their tender care. five stars.

Dr. Westover and the entire team are amazing! They are very comprehensive and great at explaining things. Being. A patient with anxiety, they know how to comfort me during my appointments. Sedation dentistry is the way to go if you have anxiety. If you are looking for a dental office, look no further! This is hands down the best dental office in Winchester!
