Having not been to see a dentist in almost a decade I was, understandably, rather tentative to the process. But I was immediately put at ease by the wonderful back office staff and their demeanor which was not what I normally experience while at any health care professionals office. It was as if I was not just a "client" who's insurance levels needed to be investigated. I was a real person there for real problems, all of which were thoroughly discussed and presented in a clear and personal way. I never once felt like I was being told what I HAD to do (as in many other situations). During my entire experience at Jolly Family Dentistry, I was comforted by the knowledgeable staff, treated like a REAL person (rather than an insurance group member), and included in my treatment plan.
Over all, I would have to tell everyone, "You should go see MY dentist!".
