We had an appointment set online and confirmed via phone for Saturday for two cars. Low and behold, two others were also scheduled for the same time with only one mechanic and the manager on duty. As the morning advanced two more employees came to work. One of our cars was taken in to be worked on and quickly was finished. The mechanic took it for a test drive and brought it back as it was making a "sound". Back on the rack it went. In the meantime, while test driving our car, another customer's car was brought into the bay to be worked on, which bumped ours. Please remember, our other car was also on the rack being looked at............. This went on for over an hour and half and by the way, one of the 7:30 customers brought his back as it was still making the same sound he brought it in for, and he only purchased his brakes in Dec. 2016. Finally, I had had enough of this merry go round and told them to put my wheels back on both cars, add up whatever we owed them and we would leave as nothing was completed. Immediately, we got a quote that totaled over $3000.00 for both cars. Needless to say we left! Just a note, try not to schedule appointments on top of each other, and don't run people ahead of others when they have made an appointment and been sitting waiting on their vehicles to be worked on. Another thing, we sat in our cars for quite some time as the waiting room didn't have the heat on.
We're sorry to hear you weren't satisfied, and would like to hear more from you. We encourage you to contact our corporate office at 1(800) 445-7105 to be connected with the local market manager. We look forward to serving you.
