I was happy this time! I dropped my car at 9:30 AM and told Gina I would be back around 1:30. We set this up 2 weeks ago! I get a call from her 10 minutes to 1 saying She can not put my back brakes together because the dust boot was gone. I had full brakes done 4/1/14 costing me over $650.00 I was told I had 2 year warrenty. Well, I had to pay $160.00 just to get my free brak pads. I then she wanted me to pay over $500.00 for a complete job. I told her NO! I ended up paying $286.04 for a job that was under warrenty. Then I when I read my papers it said I refused $ 186.96 worth of services that were recommend. They NEVER were. I never signed any papers like I was did prior. Every time I go in there, Someone new is running the place and different mechanics. When I got there around 3:00 my car was still not ready. The mechanic was talking on his phone and Gina was visiting with someone in the lobby. I guess I need to find a new place to take my car for service.

There is another new manager at this location. I became a customer a year ago. I had a lot of work done to my car. At this current oil change I was told my rotors are worped and need to be replaced. Well that should have been inspected and caught on the last oil change. Your technicians are not doing their jobs. What more is that I have brought several customers to this location..I will expect your reply.

This has nothing to do with the new manager at this location.

Stay far away from JustBrakes and this location. Routine Rear Brake Job has turned to over $2100 expense and I still have one of the original problem after 1st repair. They took it to shop on Ellsworth and problem returned. 3 "master mechanics" have worked on it. 6 trips and over 20 days in shop. Most of the folks who worked on vehicle have left or have been let go. Regional supervisors have been less than supportive.

Charged $542. for drum adjuster kit a few days after I spent $631. on a rear brake job. Called customer support to request a refund from corporate, as I didn't want this location to pay for job done by an employee who was fired or let go shortly after this. Marketing director Mike? said he would have Frank? call me, but no call after 3-4 business days. Called help desk before this and opened up case, but no response after I emailed receipts. I don't know anything about cars, but a retired mechanic said the kit repair should have been under warranty and thought the $542 for a drum adjuster was robbery.
