I have had my child's appointment bumped twice by Dr Karr. Even though I go out of my way to take time off work, she won't go out of her way for her patients. Very poor customer service. The hours she works are wrong on this websit. She is only in three days a week.

The hours are correct on the website. Sometimes emergencies occur and days we see patients in hospital change which affect our days in office.

Dr. Karr is a specialist who sees many patients who are referred from other offices that sometimes have a bad prior experience. She also sees many children who are under 5 years old and often do cry. We ask that all our patients and parents be compassionate to those children as well, Although we do offer general anesthesia in office and in an outpatient surgery center, not all patients are candidates and not all parents opt for this service.
