Overall it was a pleasant experience. Ashley cut my hair and did a pretty good job although I wasn't 100% confident she listened to me, and it's likely I will have to have it cut again sooner than normal.

I have been going to Katrina Salon for over 10 years. Everyone is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience every time I step in the door. I absolutely love Lauren and if I move will have to take her with me!!!

Marissa made me all gorgeous again. Awesome shampoo experience, good lighting so I could see what was happening, comfy chair, a place to put my purse and glasses, etc. Also, very nice facial waxing for my tween by Julia!

I had Angie and she did an AMAZING job! I love my hair dye and hair cut! I have been getting constant compliments on it and couldn’t be more happy with the outcome! Everyone was so nice and it was great customer service!

Andra does a great job of coloring, always very happy!

BUT, the last two times I’ve been there, the young girl at the checkout register has tried to tell me I owed much more than what your costs are, and when I tell her all I had done was a retouch she suddenly says, oh I wonder why that happened. If that continues, I will take my business elsewhere.
