Thanks so much for the great review. You "hit the nail on the head" when you mentioned minor fixes without prior notification. I'm afraid we sometimes get a little too comfortable with customers that have been with us for awhile and assume they won't mind having new wipers for the monsoon season, an air filter that isn't clogged, or a couple bulbs replaced so they won't get stopped for a traffic infraction. Or maybe we've had an especially busy day and don't give that "comfortable", established customer quite the attention we did when they were a new customer because, after all, they won't mind. Unfortunately, that's assuming a lot on our part, and I appreciate that you've brought it to our attention. We love getting great reviews from our customers but only when a "weak spot" is brought to our attention can we correct it and improve our service.
