I had never had a big problem here until yesterday. They promised that they would have my car delivered to me by 2 pm and I didn't get it back until 5 pm. The service was absolutely horrible. The man who dropped it off was very rude about it, even though they were already 3 hours late delivering it just a couple of blocks away from the store.
There is No excuse for us to have been rude to our customer.
Unfortunately frustration with the situation on the part of our staff was perceived as rudeness. This customer has been contacted by our staff and apologized to.
The original deadline and delivery was based on a simple maintenance procedure, however a serious potential engine damaging defect was noted while in our shop. The delay and communication break down, centered around our ability to develope an accurate estimate and squeeze in needed repairs to this vehicle in a timeline acceptable to the customer.
