I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and was not even able to sit down before I was escorted to the back where I was made to feel compfortable and offered headphones & the TV changer, the only thing missing was an ice cold beer. Megan soon came into introduce herself and explain what was on the menu for this visit and then proceeded to begin. I must say that she was very efficient & professional and by far the BEST cleaning that I have ever experienced! She took the time to explain to me what she was doing & why she was doing it as well as the benifits.
Dr. Anderson came in briefly to share his thoughts on my treatment plan as well he checked a tooth that I was complaining about, then referred me to seek out ear, nose & throat specialist first since the test he performed showed no conclusion to warrant any dental procedure at this time.
I live in Central Oregon & work here in the Tri Cities and was referred to Dr. Anderson and his staff to which I am very GREATFUL.
I trust they will continue to do the best they can every time I visit as it is clear to me they TRUELY care about the people who make the "CHOICE" to visit Anderson Dental!!
