I wanted to add KAS initially denied that they had a coupon for a $24.99 oil change in the November edition of the Heather Ridge Metro Matters magazine. They insisted that there was a previous coupon that had already expired. I argued for the discount and was given it (Thank you!). Upon returning home, I verified that the coupon was on page 13 of the magazine WITH NO EXPPIRATION DATE. So, to avoid a bait-and-switch, bring your magazines with you. I will bring this magazine to show them next time I am there. I don't believe that this is intentional dishonesty, rather the front desk does not know what marketing is doing.
