I have been taking my car to Ken's Quality Auto Repair for about 2 1/2 years (ever since the dealer I took my car to lost my trust). The car had about 125,000 miles then, it has 170,000 miles now. Besides costing less than the dealer, Ken has been honest with me, telling me what I need and what I don't need. Both use the same green/yellow/red marks on the condition report. 50,000 miles ago the dealer marked all four struts red. 45,000 miles ago Ken marked all four struts green. Now, he has marked two of the struts yellow. I'll replace those two struts at the next service. Ken also has the car ready when promised. The dealer gave me a four hour estimate. After half a day the dealer needed one more hour, than another hour, then another hour. I've been very happy with Ken's work.
