Yes we expect payment to be made the day services are provided. Just as the hair salon, or any other industry. We go over patient copays prior to work, so patients are informed what they will owe. If patient can not afford total treatment we can divide up into more manageable appointments. As for a cancellation fee, it is common courtesy to call and inform us that you will not be able to make it. We reserve the time for you, and ask you respect it. In addition, all patients are given these office policies in writing, and all sign documents stating they will abide by these policies. Dr. Gagliardi & Staff
