They provide a good service with a friendly staff. The dentist always keeps me updated on what my kids are doing well and what they need to improve on. The multiple text messages are l little bit much.

I really love the dentists here, even the employees and assistants. But recently I just had an issue where, we had to be referred out for anesthesia procedure we had to do a different office because of the weight of my child. Well apparently there is a mix up and the treatment plan wasn’t shared with the other referring office. Like I’m not sure why treatment plans aren’t shared I do understand the process of the other office doing their own X-rays and treatment plans but sharing to compare among the dentists would be very helpful. So now my son has 2 teeth that apparently weren’t fixed during his anesthesia procedure, that were on the treatment plan from Kids dental center. I’m very upset as this is in regards to my child’s health, and no one knows what we had to get him there in the dentist office ready for the procedure it was hard he has very bad dental anxiety and we struggled to just get the gas mask on it was hard on me as a parent and traumatizing for my child. And the thought of having to go through it again soon is very scary. If both offices communicated properly we would not have been put in this situation. Now I know for next time don’t leave it up to the professionals to do their job.!!!!!!!!!

Professional, but unpleasant and unfriendly. Seen almost an hour after our "check-in" time. Not a horrible experience, but not one I would recommend.
