I had the worst experience at Kimora's for my birthday spa party. It was suppose to be 6 of us in my party when I booked the appointment and i told Kimora that i wasnt sure how many ladies are coming and she said don't worry whoever shows up that's all I will have to pay. So only 3 of us showed up and Kimora going to say I have to pay for the absent ladies and she has a nasty attitude so I didn't want to agrue with her bcuz if I would've gotten upset her ass would've been put in the hospital. So I smiled and handed her $200 something My massage was excellent...and we had one glass of wine and 1 strawberry a piece but i was promised a fruit tray and a bottle of wine Kimora had her teenage daughter and her foreign friends doing nails without a license? So I asked do they do French i was told no None of Kimora's so call employees get their hair, nails, or any service done there smh....so as we leaving and we made extra sure our nails were dry .....by the time we got to dinner our nails were FUCKED UP...Polish chipped .....so I had to wait to speak to Kimora to let her know her business is unprofessional and need to be shut down.....she started to get irate HELL no will not recommend no one there........ Kimora needs to rethink her business plan.......

Went to Kimora's Day Spa for a massage. The massage therapist took me back to the room and we did the consultation. I had a question so i went up front to ask her; just to find her locking us in the building. I felt some kind of way about this but i didn't say anything. I then realized that she was the only one there, so she didn't really have a choice. I enjoyed my massage but had a hard time relaxing because that's not a safe environment for her to be. You don't know what type of people that she has to lock herself in with. Hazel is great at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone. I just hope she stays safe.

We went to Kimora's a couple of weeks ago for a couples massage. When we arrived we were greeted by a nice gentleman who presented us with the necessary forms to fill out. He took our coats and offered water to drink. The salon was packed but not all were getting their hair done. I don't know if they were workers or clients but, they were all sitting around laughing and talking. This was quite overwhelming when i was there to relax. I got so hyped up from the environment that i could hardly relax when we got back into the massage. The couples room was really small we had to literally squeeze in and around the tables in the room. The therapists were very professional but clearly couldn't do their job due to the limited space. The therapist i had and the little lady my partner had were great. We could tell that they had great skills; just wish it wasn't so cramped. The next time it won't be a couples but we do want to revisit AJ and Hazel individually. It will be a while before we return here but the next time maybe on a less busy day so i won't get so hype before the massage.

Went in for a couples massage a week or two ago. It's a beautiful place but does have a spa feel. When we first went in was greeted by a nice gentleman. We filled out the proper paperwork and waited to be serviced. The salon was overwhelming. It was packed but not everyone was getting their hair done. People were just siting around laughing and talking. I don't know if the were workers, family members or what. The atmosphere hyped me up so much that I could hardly relax during the massage. The walls are so thin that we could actually hear them talking in the back from the salon up front. The couples room was too small the therapists couldn't get around the table good enough to properly do their job. The therapists were as good as they possibly could in the situation. I could tell that they were skilled they just didn't have room too move. I would never get another couples massage but would live to experience the therapist on a 1 on 1 bases. Will have really think about whether I want to go at a less busy time so I won't be overwhelmed before the massage. It will definitely be a while before this happens.

This was my first experience at Kimora's. The services that I received were excellent. The only thing that I didn't like was the policies. If you ever make an appointment there make sure you ask all the questions that you have because I made an appointment for my friends and I one didn't show and I had to pay for it along with the gratuity. When I made the appointment none of this was told to me. I have no issue with giving a tip but give me the opportunity to do so. You got me once but you will not again. So this experience was my first and last. It was also a lack of customer service skills for her.

I received a swedish massage, pani and manicure. The massager was Hazel. She was professional and good therapeutic massager..

The pedicure and manicure was not up to standard. There was polish on the side pass the nails, small bumps or air bubbles appear in the polish on the nail. The nexr morning, polish was smeared and easily chipped. I will recommend the massage but not a manicure to a friend.

My visits with Kimora's Day Spa was good as usual. I enjoy the atmosphere and the extra pampering. Thanks for your service.
