I took my 11 year old Shitzu Bichon this week for his annual well check. He has been receiving his care at Kindness Animal Hospital since 10 weeks of age.
Each time we are so pleased to be at this veterinarian. But Dr.Houston this week was yet the best. The team at Kindness Animal Hospital is truly so kind and the visit went so well. Timmy is an anxious dog and he was treated so comforting and lovingly that the visit was unexpectedly easy. We are so grateful for their care and expertise and love their pet care.

We've used Kindness Animal Hospital for the last twenty years. Kindness is currently scheduling appointments many months out, so we recently had to seek care at an emergency veterinary facility that we would have expected our regular vet to handle.
We kept our dog's regular, yearly appointment because it was scheduled six months ago, and we don't have another vet. Although we expected to see our regular doctor, we saw someone we didn't know. Both the vet tech and the veterinarian were pleasant enough but seemed to be 'phoning it in'. Evidently there are widespread staffing shortages in the area. This practice is more expensive than others, and it's not likely we'll remain with them after our (elderly) dog passes.

I have been going to Kindness for at least 8 years and can’t imagine taking my pets anywhere else. The staff are always gentle and caring with my cats. I spent over $300 for my cat’s annual physical plus regular screening tests because he is a senior with early stages kidney disease. I saw Dr. Houston who was really helpful and talked with me about my cat’s health issues. Kindness is busy and stays that way for a reason - they are good to people’s pets and are fairly priced. I always recommend Kindness to people when they ask for a vet referral bc I cannot imagine taking my pets somewhere else. Much thanks to the people at Kindness. I know you all work hard and see a lot of animals - yet you manage to treat each of them with the attention and thoughfulness that each pet needs.

Busy, appointments must be made well ahead. Excellent veterinary care. Helpers vary, some seem more experienced than others. Costs are not lowest and not highest, senior discount given. Building entrance is in desperate need of handicap accessibility. Overall, my pet gets great care, and I am grateful for the convenient location.

Excellent! My dog is very triggered by other animals. I was really uncomfortable in the waiting room, but the staff were terrific. Got me and my fur baby into a room where the vet tech was outstanding at managing my dog's fear and her potential aggressiveness.

Your staff is always very friendly (especially with Margot the pitbull). She actually looks forward to her visits to Kindness - even when it's for shots or nail clippings!
