This is only the second pair of glasses I've ever gotten so I had a lot of questions and needed a lot of help. I feel bad that I don't remember the name of the woman who helped me because we was just awesome, helped me pick frames, explained everything, looked up my insurance. The experience was 100% positive. Definitely the only place I will go for now on.

My appointment was right on time, & I even had a problem with my current glasses that I spoke to them about. They made a call & hopefully that will be taken care of as planned based on the lab they work with. The office is always willing to help with any questions or concerns I may have.

I have been a long time customer of Trilogy, but when I called to make an appointment the person who answered started to ask if I would mind being put on hold but put me on hold before she even finished the question, (my first reaction was I couldn't believe how rude she was) then after sitting on hold for a few moments hung up on me. She did the same thing when I called back (which I almost didn't do) but at least this time she didn't hang up on me. Very unimpressed with this person, whereas in the past the front desk has always been wonderful. Very disappointing. Hope this was a one time incident, but think they should know their front desk is not as impressive as it once was!
