I was a little disappointed that I could not use my Groupon for this visit. They would not let me add a service to the Groupon. Never had any problem doing this in the past. Very disappointing.

Lexi did a great job coloring and cutting my hair. She listened to exactly what I wanted and her and her learning leader made it happen.

My experience with my Hairdresser Haylee was great. She listened to what I wanted and we went over many pictures to make sure that the hair styles I was looking at would work well with my thick wavy hair.

I usually don't have a great experience with hairdressers because they don't "listen" to what I want and to collaborate with someone about a very important part of how you want to look is very important to me.

Even after Haylee finished I felt comfortable enough to expand on what my hair cut looked like and where I wanted to trim down and make a few changes which Haylee was so open to and to feel that comfortable with everyone at the salon was truly unique.

She had assistance from another hairdresser, Kristin, and oversight by the Supervising hair stylists working with them.

I had set up the appointment and had a color, cut and highlights. Very Happy with the results.

So the time was certainly worth being part of a training process that not only helps out your staff, but it also helped me feel like I was being listened to and being taken very well care of during my visit.
