The only thing bad I have to say is,that we weren't told what is covered under warranty????

Korey's Auto Kare replied:

Hello Chris, the invoice you received shows in multiple places that your repair is covered under a 24 month 24,000 mile nationwide parts and labor warranty. If you have any questions about your warranty please call us! Thank you, Korey

The service was satisfied after Kory drove it for some tests and found one problem that is under GM bulletin that this repair is under GM service for expanding warranty. Very good advices..

As always, customer service was personal and professional! The work was done on time. Nobody tried to push anything extra on me. Quite to the contrary, Korey told me that I DIDN'T need what I thought, and as a result, my cost went down. Prices have always been better than competitive! Korey has worked on my vehicles for nearly 20 years, and I will not take them to anyone else, for anything. Absolutely super shop and crew. Highly recommended!

They fixed my truck that was having electrical problems. Rather than throwing parts at it they repaired the root cause. Saved me a bunch.

Reception staff was very friendly and we were checked in quickly. We were brought into the eye exam room and then had to wait nearly 25 minutes to be seen by the optometrist. The exam went well, the doctor was really friendly and we were told to go pick out frames. Never once were we told by the doctor or the person helping us with the frame purchase that the type of glasses that were needed could be found over the counter or online for a fraction of the price we paid for at the eye clinic. These were not prescription glasses, just reading glasses. I feel like we were pushed into buying the frames there. After shopping for frames then we had to wait another 15-20 minutes to finish the eye exam. We were at the clinic for almost an hour and a half. Everything took way too much time. I would say the exam was worth it but next time I would ask for a prescription and shop elsewhere.
