Kutter Pet Care Center enjoys visits from our younger clientele especially when they are of an age to understand and participate in the care of their pet. While we do not discourage bringing toddlers along to a pet's medical appointment, most of our clients realize the seriousness of the visit and prefer not to have an additional distraction. When a two year old dominates the conversation it makes it difficult for our staff members to hear and record accurate medical history, or use a stethoscope. It should not have been our technician's responsibility to ultimately ask your son to be quiet. We hope you understand our goal is to provide the best possible medical care for your pet. We were happy to hear on our follow up phone call that Fred is doing well.
