Recently I had a Botox and Radiesse treatment at this practise. I was not given any pre proceedure instructions . IE withholding Iuprofen, asprin and alcohol pre proccedure or to use a product called Arnica all to prevent brusing. Since I was not given these instructions And I did not know to ask I had severe brusing. Right in the middle of both of my cheeks ! It has lasted about 6 weeks and is still not completely gone. I specifically asked for post proceedure instuctions both from the esthetician and the front office young lady. and was given nothing. Came home and looked it up on the internet. thats when I found out about the pre-proceedure care, that I should have done! Yet, the real troubling part was that the esthetician came in late and was clearly running late and was noticiblay in a hurry while she was working on my face. Her next client was waiting, she made some comment about it. The way she handeled her needles was careless and she did not observe any type of sterile technique ( I'm a nurse) . At one point something fell off her tray and she picked it up off the floor and USED IT! She was rough in her technique, hurrying, probably another cause of the brusing.
The office staff could be heard gossiping and talking about their personal lives way past the point of making friendly conversation. It was ALL very expensive AND very unprofessional.
I would have expected to be treated like I was recieveing a spa treatment for the price of this. It was anything but that! Definatly won't recommend and won't be back.
