I have always received excellent service at Lamb's. The explanation of what is wrong with my car is always thoroughly explained before they begin any work, along with an accurate quote of what it will cost. They are friendly and provide prompt service. Compared to other automotive businesses in town, I feel that their prices are fair.

Fantastic customer Service. We broke down the night before Thanksgiving and on Thanksgiving day received a text saying we had an appointment friday morning. When we arrived friday the staff was prepared and attentive. I received a call 1hr later with what was wrong. He took me step by step. The text messages on the progress of my vehicle were on point. When I return to Austin ill be going back.

The gentleman at the front desk has amazing customer service skills. Please make sure to let him know that he made my experience great and I plan to continue my business there in the future. I also saw that they helped an older gentleman with a service that you don't typically provide with no charge, and that showed a lot about your company. That didn't go unnoticed.
