LI built Patio and Pergola 4 years ago. Placed 2 8x8 Cedar beams on roof for support. Roof began leaking this Spring. Called LI multiple times ,no reponse. Had a 2roofing companies tell me that the pergola has caved in the roof and major repairs needed, also the pergola was way too big to be sitting on roof. Had the pergola completely
Rebuilt and taken off the roof. Come to find out the pergoala was put together with nails not bolts or screws and was coming apart in the front. $8000 later i have a new roof and pergola. Pass on recommending or using LI ever.

Lasting Impressions went above and beyond the scope of work (like always) and we were very satisfied. Great workers and they are highly supervised. They are definitely my only sub contractor I use for any type of landscaping work.

Not even 1 Star. Still have broken pavers from the original installation. The plants have almost all died. The overspray on the house was never taken care of. But you got your money. Worst contractor I ever hired!!!

This guy planted a $500 red oak on my property last year that never leafed out, then promised to replace it and never did. Don't do business with this guy, he is dishonest!
