I had been going to LeBliss for over a year between different stylists trying to give the salon a chance as I had a lot of friends that recommended LeBliss. I asked for traditional highlights with a high lift color on my naturally medium blonde hair. My hair came back with brown and orange streaks. The owner handled the situation well as she scheduled a new appointment to fix my hair herself as my original stylist didn't get the correction right either. A month later I was told to go back for another appointment for correction to a tenured stylist. She was down right rude letting me know as soon as I sat down that she had 20 minutes to do a full high light on me (which usually takes 60 minutes). Long story short- in those 20 minutes she told me the stylists at LeBliss know how to do basic color like baylage. Needless to say, I won't be going back.
