A few days ago We had a rough night had a fairly urgent need to have my Bulldog seen by a vet before I went to work. My regular vet could not get her in until the afternoon and wasn't able accommodate my work schedule as it was short notice. I had heard great things about Legacy before and gave them a call. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgable team member on the phone who got me in within the small window of time that I had and was I ever grateful!
Upon arrival I was greeted by several friendly team members and the facility was clean, modern and very inviting! My wait was minimal. The vet tech was very friendly and gently with my girl, as was Dr. Mark!! They treated her with kindness and set my mind at ease that she would be ok left alone for the day!
I was then pleasantly surprised that I wasn't pushed to buy MORE of a medication that I had at home already, was set up with and thorough instructions were given of the meds I did need, and check out was quick and thorough.
I was walking out the door quite impressed with a kind gesture of being told I'd be expecting a call to check on my sweet pooch in a few days. Sure enough that call came! WOW!! THEY CARE!!
I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the way this business is run. Being in the dental field for 32 yrs myself, I am held to very high standards of customer service and compassion, therefore I expect it in return but find most businesses fall short anymore. I MUST SAY, THIS IS A WELL RUN AND COMPASSIONATE GROUP AT LEGACY ANIMAL MEDICAL CENTER!
I have been going to the same, highly respected group of vets for nearly 25 years but may find myself making a switch for our future needs! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my Olive!
