Elizabeth, you dropped off your laptop on Wednesday December 17th, 2014 and picked it up on Monday December 22, 2014. I do not understand why you have submitted a bad review again almost two years later.
You said "When I took my computer in, I advised that I was having a problem installing windows 10." Elizabeth, Windows 10 was not even available in December 2014.
