Glasses sent to the lab on December 18, today is January 16 and I'm still waiting"; I called them on January 8th to find out about my glasses; they told me I will get them by Friday 11th at the latest; I called again on Monday 14th, they said I will get them the following day "15th"; I sent them an email on the 15th, I haven't heard anything. These people are the most incompetent people in the planet; I would never go back to them.

Thank you for the review. It is from these reviews that we can improve our services. After reviewing your case it seems that you tried to cancel your order and although the lab had started the order we stopped and then had to restart after you decided to continue with your purchase. This set the order back and with the holiday rush ( busiest time of year for labs) and restart date the order took longer than expected. Our records indicate that we received on Jan 15th, you were called and picked up on Jan 16th and were happy with the finished product. Please let us know if this is not the case.

Thank you for the review. It is from these reviews that we can improve our services. We are sorry that our staff made an error by not charging you for the frame on 12/20/12. When this was discovered on 12/21/12 we called to explain this error to you and you requested a refund. We refunded your total amount paid on 12/21/12 to the same credit card that was used for payment on the previous day. Unfortunately, we have no control over how long it takes your bank to credit your account, but hope that it was eventually done. If you need any copies of the original or refunded receipts please call our office.
