We would be 5 star for you if someone would come out and straighten up the putty job around the back window as one of your phone salesman who called afterward said they would do. Also, need some paint, that I have on the screw holes in our shuttters on the front of the house. Other than that we love the windows. Quieter, easier to open. You just haven't kept the word of one of your telephone salespeople.

Promises, promises............ I was in a rush and obviously the salesman knew this so he promised delivery and installation of the windows by a certain date. They were two weeks late which caused much disruption with my move and other remodeling. The installation was not that good and I had to fight to get what was promised in the contract and really never got what they promised which was refinishing the window casing to match the windows. Now several months later, I noticed that they had cracked some tile in the bathroom while installing that window.

I feel I paid a huge sum of money and got terrible service. Although they were very quick to call for my credit card after the bare-bones installation before they had completed what they promised. Do yourself a favor and buy your windows elsewhere.

This installation of siding was much more difficult than when they installed our windows. The weather and a problem with the distribution company, NOT LIFETIME, was problematic. However, Tim did a good job of keeping us informed and went out of his way to make sure the gutters were back on before expected because of the weather.

I recently had 18 windows in my home replaced by Lifetime.....The company provided a great product and they were properly installed which meant reduced heating and cooling costs...I also received three other cost quotes from their competitors and decided Lifetime was the best value.

Sales Rep forgot several windows during the initial sale and on subsequent days as well. Installation process did not go as smoothly as told. Very surprised at the damage that was incurred during the installation process. Had to do a lot of touch up painting (inside and out) and drywall repairs. Some screens are not great quality (puckered and not seamless) and windows have gel in places that they shouldn't. We will have to remove it ourselves evidently since the installers "forgot" to do it. All in all, the windows were not cleaned as good as I was expecting......but I do like the overall look of the window, I would expect to with the amount of money we spent on them!
