the staff was helpful and friendly when it came to answering my questions and providing information and last minute tests i wanted performed on my dog after i learned more about it from them. they were kind and gentle with my dog when administering shots and carrying him away. the staff was nice.
the only mild complaint i have was that when it came for time to pay, i asked if i could submit half the payment up front and half of the payment later (which was typed at the bottom of the first sheet of price quotes i recieved from the vet assistant that said " 50% of payment due up front") , i was told that that was not an option. it would have been very helpful to me and my situation to have had that option available for half of the payment paid up front and the other half billed to me.
I do apologize for this miscommunication. It will be brought to the practice managers attention. Please, next time do not hesitate to ask to speak to the practice manager. We always want to do our best for our clients and patients
